St. Clement's is blessed with an historically important and fine-sounding Father Willis Church Organ.

The pipe organ was built in 1876 by the famous organ builder Father Willis for St. Thomas's church, Agar Town, Camden. That church was heavily bombed during the Second World War and the organ pipes were rescued from the ruins.  After several years in a church hall in  Dollis Hill, they were reconstructed by Manders for St. Clement's at a part of the church's restoration in the early 1950's.
